Has over 25 years of experience in senior roles within multinational corporations.
After graduating with a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Krakow and completing postgraduate studies in accounting, he began his career at Deloitte, specializing in financial audit. Wojciech then transitioned to the business services sector, taking on leadership roles at Capgemini, MAN (Volkswagen Group), MARS, and ADM, where he managed and developed business centers. He led large-scale transformation projects and played key roles in Association of Business Service Leaders, including as Local Chapter Leader in Poznań, Vice President for Finance and a member of the Audit Committee. Wojciech is certified as an auditor and LEAN Black Belt. Since January 2024 Wojciech has been serving as the leader of a multifunctional competency hub at GSK.
