Mr Boniaszczuk is a Regional Head in the Agribusiness team at the EBRD, covering Ukraine. Mr. Boniaszczuk has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance sector in Europe and the United States. For the past eight years Mr. Boniaszczuk has been involved in investing in the agri, FMCG and food retail sectors in Eastern Europe. Before becoming a banker, Mr Boniaszczuk practiced as an attorney at a number of international law firms where he worked on banking and capital market transactions. Mr. Boniaszczuk holds a law degree from Gdansk University in Poland and a master of laws diploma from Columbia University in New York.
