Position: President

A graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology, connected with Górażdże Group since 1982. Ernest Jelito has gone through all possible professional career levels available in Górażdże companies, actively participating in all stages of the process of privatisation transformations as well as in the development of the Group. He has held managerial positions in companies belonging to Górażdże Group since 1991. He held the position of the CEO of Górażdże Group in 2001–2005. For the last 11 years, he has been the Technical Director of HeidelbergCement Group. This position has involved the management of strategic projects regarding investments, technologies, R&D and innovation in all areas of activity of the Group worldwide.

On 1 October 2015, he took the position of the President of the Management Board of Górażdże Cement SA and the CEO of Górażdże Group.
