Position: President

He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and holds a PhD in economics. Since 2001 he has been the President of Employers of Poland, the oldest and largest organization of employers in Poland, representing over 19 000 companies that employ more than 5 million people in total. He was a member of the Sejm in its second term. In 1996, he created the Foundation of the New Ministry of Economy and later served there as a secretary of state.

A representative of Polish employers in the European Economic and Social Policy and the B20, he also represents employers of Poland in the International Organization of Employers. Andrzej Malinowski is a Deputy Chairman in the Social Dialog Council and chairs the working team of the Council for economic policy and the labour market.
