Artur Winnicki is a real estate entrepreneur, investor and operator focused on creating value through the transformation of existing assets.
He is Co-founder and CEO of Reesco Group, an integrated platform combining technical advisory, design and delivery for property owners and investors. Having partnered with private equity in 2018 and subsequently bought back the investor’s stake, he is now developing PAIM Capital as an investment platform built on operational expertise.
He has invested in and operated value-add projects in Poland, with c. €50m of owned assets and involvement in projects totalling c. €100m GDV.
His approach combines engineering-led problem solving, investment discipline and accountability throughout the investment lifecycle.
