A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, Lublin University of Technology and University of Illinois in the USA. In the years 1993-2007 he managed the company responsible for the repair of railway surfaces and general construction services. In 2016, he was a member of the management board for investments at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Between 2007 and 2013, he was the president of the Lublin S.A. Airport. At that time, the company realized the largest investment project in Lubelskie Region and the first project of this scale in Poland after 1989 - the construction and launch of the international airport in Lublin. Since 2014, he was the plenipotentiary of the Management Board of the Lubelskie Region for the expansion and modernization of the Lublin Oncology Center, and then the coordinator of its construction. Involved i.a. in the Polish Community activities, an organization supporting Polonia in the East.
