Katarzyna Bilewska

Katarzyna Bilewska is a partner in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice in Dentons Warsaw office. She is also a head of the Corporate Disputes team.

She advises companies, banks, investment funds and investors at the pre-trial stage of disputes and represents them in court proceedings in matters such as challenging resolutions of corporate bodies, disputes between company shareholders, as well as shareholder-company disputes.

She is a professor in the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and was appointed the Director of the Commercial Law Department in the Faculty in 2017.
