On the beginning of carrier he was working in Laboratorio Acustica e Vibrazioni in Adler Plastic. In January 2001 he joined Indesit Company SpA as a process engineer in Carinaro Plant, later on- Technologicals Department Manager. Promoted in  2004 for Operation Manager in Carinaro. In 2006 he moved to the polish structures of Indesit. He was Cooking Plant Director, then Cooling Plant Director. On 2012 he took also start-up project for two factories in Lodz. In 2013 he became Site Industrial Manager for Lodz and it’s all 4 plants. In 2018, after the legal entity merger of Indesit with Whirlpool he became President Of The Board in Whirlpool Company Polska Sp. z o.o. which employs 6000 people. He is also Site Industrial Leader  in Wroclaw, managing coordinating all the manufacturing functions.
