Masroor has over 29 years of experience in Investment banking and Private Equity in healthcare, infrastructure and energy both in developed and emerging markets.

He joined Citicorp in 1992 and has subsequently worked with ABN AMRO Bank, Merrill Lynch and VTB Capital in senior product and management roles in Structured and Project Finance, Treasury, Asset securitisation, Debt Capital Markets, M&A advisory and Infrastructure / Private Equity. Masroor has also worked as CEO of one of the largest Saudi Conglomerates. He has worked in Middle East (UAE and Saudi), Amsterdam, Milan and London. Masroor holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and a Master’s in Business Administration. At GKSD Investment Holding, Masroor is focussed on expansion of the Group’s Healthcare and infrastructure operations in Europe and the MENA region.
