Szymon Wałach is the Vice President of the Management Board of InPost (Integer.pl) for Digital and Strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, with a focus on digital transformation, innovation and strategy.

At InPost, Szymon is responsible for leading the company's digital strategy and driving innovation across the business. He also oversees the development and execution of InPost's new digital product, InPost PAY – a next-generation ecommerce check-out solution.

Prior to joining InPost, Szymon held senior positions at PKO Bank Polski S.A., Poland’s largest lender. He was responsible for the development and implementation of PKO’s digital strategy, including a mobile banking app ranked No. 1 by the UK-based Retail Banker International. He also served as a member of the supervisory boards of several companies, including eService/EVO Payments (payment processing), BLIK (Poland’s leading mobile payment system) and the Visa Poland Decision Committee.

Szymon is a recognised expert in the field of digitalisation, receiving numerous awards for his achievements in this area. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events, where he shares his insights on the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation.
Szymon is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and create value for customers. He is also a strong advocate for creating a more inclusive workplace and developing talent.
