Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation and Development at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, academic teacher at the Jagiellonian University. He specializes in public management. The main areas of research are: state social policy, with particular emphasis on the development of education policy, modern management tools supporting organizational change processes in public institutions, project management, and security management. A member of many European Union working groups, such as the Directors General for Higher Education and the Working Group on Modernization of Higher Education.
