She is an expert in the regulation of electricity and heat markets, with more than 25 years’ experience at the URE organisation – previously in the Regional Offices in Katowice and Wrocław, and currently as Director of the Department of Electricity and Heat Markets at the URE headquarters in Warsaw. As chair of the District Heating Team, reporting to the President of URE, she is actively involved in developing solutions to support the sector's transformation. In addition, she represents the Regulator on two working groups established in 2025 under the Minister of Energy: one to transform the district heating sector and the other to improve the efficiency of electricity network tariff design. She advocates implementing new technologies in public administration and digitalising regulatory procedures.
