Women on management and supervisory boards – why an EU directive is needed, practices from other countries, research on gender equity and the gender pay gap. By June 2026, 40 per cent of top positions in companies should be held by women. What needs to be changed so that we catch up with Europe in this respect? The discriminatory wage structure against women in the EU and its causes. The pay gap between men and women – how to reduce it?
