REGISTRATION FOR GUESTS

Come to register at our registration desk located at Olimpijska street – the building of the International Congress Centre, entrances B and C:

25 April 2022, registration open 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m.
26 April 2022, registration open 80.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m.
27 April 2022, registration open 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
Upon registration, each participant will receive a badge. Anyone willing to return to the building of the International Conference Centre after leaving it will be asked to produce the badge.
Due to the high level of interest in the event, and in order to avoid traffic jams, we ask that you arrive at the International Congress Centre in good time.

CATERING IN VIP and PREMIUM ZONES

We invite you to the Premium and VIP zones where you can help yourself to unlimited coffee and lunch.
Opening hours:

• 25 April 2022: 10.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (lunch 1.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.)
• 26 April 2022: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. (lunch 12.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.)
• 27 April 2022: 9.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. (lunch 12.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.)

LANGUAGE OF PRESENTATIONS

The language of all presentations is English. All sessions will be interpreted simultaneously (PL-EN).
Selected sessions will be PL/UA interpreted. The Polish-African cooperation forum session (26 April 2022) will be PL/FR interpreted.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONGRESS

All information about the Congress is available at www.eecpoland.eu and at the information desk located on the premises of the International Congress Centre.
The information desk is located in the lower hall of the International Congress Centre and its opening hours are as follows:
25 April 2022, 8.00 a.m. - 6.00m.
26 April 2022, 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
27 April 2022, 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.

RESTAURANT

The EMCEK Bistro restaurant, located in the Lower Foyer of the International Congress Centre, will be open during the event. The price for packages and tickets does not include meals in the restaurant.

CAR PARK

VIP and Premium participants are allowed to use parking spaces located at the building of NOSPR, entrance at Olimpijska street and Jerzego Haralda street.
Entering the car park is possible only upon producing a pass (downloadable from each participant’s account). The number of parking spaces is limited.
Should you fail to find a parking space, we recommend using the public parking spaces along Olimpijska and Korfantego streets.
