E. Longin Wons

A graduate of the School of Economics (SGPiS) in Warsaw, winner of the 2nd Award of the Minister of Finance for the best master's thesis in finance.

Mr. Wons graduated from the Management and Marketing Studies in Katowice, the Polish Executive Program at the Motorola Management Institute (Schaumburg, USA) and the "Own Effectiveness" Program at Leadership Management International, Inc. (Katowice, Waco / USA).

From 1987. until 2006, he was employed at the RAFAMET Machine Tool Factory in Kuźnia Raciborska and then RAFAMET S.A. occupying, after one year of military service in 1988, various positions, including: Chief Financial Officer-Chief Accountant (1989-1992), Vice-President of the Management Board-Chief Financial Officer (1992-1999) and President of the Management Board-Chief Executive Officer (1999-2006). From 2008, re-elected President of the Management Board-CEO of RAFAMET S.A. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Odlewnia Rafamet Sp. z o.o. and the President of the Management Board of Poręba Machine Tools Sp. z o.o.
