Filip Ostrowski

Ph. D. in Law. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University, at which he have also obtained his Ph.D. in commercial law. He also graduated from the University of Aberdeen in Law and Management Studies. His professional experience includes working for a Warsaw office of an international law firm. Subsequently he held a managerial position with Polish Oil and Gas Company.

Currently he is the Director of Office for the Corporate Governance Reform at the Ministry of State Assets. His experience also includes sitting in the supervisory boards of companies. His research interests include company law and sector regulations.
