Deputy Director for Environmental Engineering in GIG. Expert in the field of environmental engineering, sustainable development, energy transformation, implementation of eco-innovation, environmental protection programming and management with the use of spatial information systems, technology in water and wastewater management, development of urban areas, water, and land resources management, circular economy and OZE.

Expert in the field of circular economy and regional energy transformation. Participated in works related to support to the preparation of territorial just transition plans in Poland (Silesia, Lower Silesia and Wielkopolska) and for regions negotiated with the European Commission (Łódzkie, Małopolskie and Lubelskie). Member of the team implementing the project: Sharing the knowledge about the coal regions' transformation process - study visits of Ukrainian stakeholders to Polish mining regions.

President of the European Network of Environmental Research Organizations (ENERO), member of the Committee on Energy and Environmental Policy at EURACOAL, member of the degraded areas team at the Minister of the Environment and Climate, member of the Working Group for KIS (National Intelligent Specialization), coordinator of the Green Economy thematic area at the Institute Highway Technology and Innovation (IATI), expert of the Regional Council for Energy.
