An expert of the Team for increasing the effectiveness of supervisory boards and the Team for corporate law, which are part of the Committee for Ownership Supervision Reform, established by the Ministry of State Assets. A co-author of the amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies of 2020 in the field of remote meetings of supervisory and management boards and shareholder e-meetings. A co-author of the so-called large amendment to the Commercial Companies Code of 2020 in the area of group company law and improving the effectiveness of supervisory boards.

He advises on transactions made within the public market as well as hostile or friendly takeovers. He participated in numerous reorganization projects related to the change of the operating patterns of complex capital groups, in which public companies held significant positions.

For many years, he has been a member of supervisory boards (including the audit committee) of issuers of securities admitted or introduced to trading on the regulated market maintained by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which engaged in business activities in various industries. He served as a board member in domestic commercial law companies, including the role of interim manager in the parent entity of an international capital group in the human resources management industry with annual revenues of approximately PLN 0.5 billion.

An author and co-author of publications on practical aspects of business law, with particular emphasis on capital market law. A lecturer at many conferences and seminars devoted to business law.
