Director of the International & European Law Department in the Office of General Counsel to the Republic of Poland and Director of the Legal Department in Ministry of Finance, Republic of Poland, (2016). The Deputy Chairman of the Polish Delegation to the UNCITRAL WG V (2016-2019). Chairman of the General Anti-Abuse Rule Advisory Panel in Ministry of Finance, Republic of Poland, since 2013.

Educated both in Civil Law (1998 University of Warsaw) and Common Law (LL.M. 2001, University of Cambridge, Trinity College). Visiting Scholar in the Centre for European Legal Studies in the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge (2008-2009), KEIO University in Tokyo (2010) and International Christian University in Tokyo (2010).

Member of the Editorial Board of the Economic Analysis of Law in European Legal Scholarship, edited by Springer, Switzerland, since 2011. Polish Association of Law and Economics, Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Poland, since 2009. He specializes in Law and Finance, Law and Economics, Cognitive Legal Theory and Comparative Law. He is an author or co-author of 5 monographs and about 80 articles.
