Michał Pierończyk

Born and based in Ruda Śląska, graduate of the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. Ruda Śląska City Councilor in the years 2006 – 2010, chairman of the Law, Self-government and Security Committee, member of the Audit Committee and the Education Committee. At the same time involved in the activities of non-governmental organizations. Since December of 2010 vice-president of Ruda Śląska responsible for land-use planning. He supervises the work of the Departments of: Development, Public Procurement, Investment, Urban Planning and Architecture, Housing, City Surveyor’s Office and the Office of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments. Representative of the Silesian Union of Municipalities and Poviats in the Infrastructure Team of the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Government at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
