Mirosław Bendzera graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing. He was a member of management bodies of such companies as Ponar Wadowice S.A. and Ponar Silesia S.A.; he also held a managerial position in Toyota Motor Poland Co. Ltd. Since 2009, he has been a member of management boards of companies affiliated with TDJ Group. He held the position of President of Management Board at Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem S.A., Pioma-Odlewnia sp. z o.o. and at Polska Grupa Odlewnicza S.A. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Board of the TDJ for Education and Development Foundation. In October 2014, he took over as President of FAMUR S.A. Between January and July 2016, he was also a member of the Management Board of Elgór+Zamet Sp. z o.o.
