He started his professional career in 1995 as an employee of the Polish Ministry of Industry and Trade. In the late 1990s, he became President of the Management Board of enviaM Polska Sp. z o.o., preparing and updating the company's development strategy in Poland. From 2004 to 2013 he served as President of the Management Board of Elektrociepłownia Będzin listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
From 2013 to mid-2016, as a member of the Board for Corporate Affairs in the ENEA Group, he exercised corporate governance over all companies of the Group.
Since February 2017, he was the President of the Board of Veolia Energia Poznań. He currently serves as President of Veolia Energia Warszawa and CEO of Veolia Group in Lithuania.
Graduate of the faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Wroclaw and the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw.
