The European Forum of Young Leaders will provide participants from Poland, other European Union countries, the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus with a space to share experiences, establish contacts and discuss topics important to young people across Europe.
Lawyer, civil and foreign service officer with over 21 years of experience in government administration. Has experience in economic diplomacy, international cooperation, including with international organizations, supervision over subordinate units to the ministry, coordination and implementation of projects aimed at building and strengthening the competences of institutions involved in the implementation of Polish nuclear power program.
He has been working in Nuclear Energy Department since 2012.
He was involved in preparation of a national programme for radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel management and update of Polish Nuclear Power Program in 2020.
In June 2021, he was appointed the Deputy Director of the Nuclear Energy Department.
He graduated from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration. He also completed post-graduate studies in energy market at the Warsaw School of Economics.
