Piotr Jaśkiewicz

Piotr Jaśkiewicz is a Polish and American attorney based in Baker McKenzie's office in Warsaw. He was previously based in the firm's offices in London and Chicago, and in Munich.

Piotr focuses on corporate, commercial and compliance matters, as well as cross-border transactions. His corporate experience includes mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. Piotr's commercial practice covers foreign direct investments, expansions, supply chain reorganizations, sanctions and other trade restrictions, new business models - including blockchain based projects, and international contract negotiations.
