The Chief Labour Inspector’s advisor, attorney, academic lecturer and publicist.

In the years 1998-2001 he worked in the Department of Labour Law at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy where he drew legal opinions on labor law provisions, participated in legislative projects, prepared expert opinions for the Trilateral Commission under the Minister of Labour, and for the Labour Law Codification Commission which creates new labour legislation.

Between 2001 and 2008 he worked in the Legal Department at the Chief Labour Inspectorate and, in the years 2004-2008, he acted as its Vice-director. He actively participated in all works of the Department which involved drafting opinions, legislative works, international cooperation and supervising inspection activities of labour inspectors at the national level. In 2006 he passed the state labour inspector exam.

Currently he lectures labour law at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Warsaw University, Leon Koźmiński’s Academy, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Collegium Humanum and Warsaw Management University and publishes books and press releases.
