Born-1963, MA-1987, Ph.D-1997. Habilitation-2014. Since 1987 a prof. at the Univ.of Łódź first in the Faculty of Philosophy & History, since 1995 in the Faculty of International & Polit.Studies. In 1992 in the Office of the Minister of National Def.for Defence Policy. 1995-6 in the Office of the Undersecretary of State, Gov. Plenipotentiary for Europ.Integration & Foreign Assistance. 1996-2001 in the European Institute in Łódź. 2005–6–an agent of the EPP-ED in the Europ.Parliament. 2006-9 visiting prof. at the Belarusian Europ. Humanities University in Vilnius. 2006-12-a researcher in the Europ. Centre Natolin. 2015-20 a coordinator of the Security Def. & Foreign Policy Section in the National Council of Development at the President of Poland. Since 2015 an advisor to the Minister of FA. 2018-19 also to the Speaker of the Senate and since 2020 to the Parliamentary Committee for FA. 2017-20 - the lecturer of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of FA.
