Rafał Miland

He started his professional career with the Ministry of Finance and after that he represented Poland as the Vice-Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Malmö (Sweden). He worked at key positions at the Ministry of Economy (Deputy Director of Crude oil and Natural Gas Department), where he was responsible for matters of fuel reserves, supervision over the natural gas market and cooperation at the EU forum, and the Ministry of Environment (Head of Geology and Geological Concessions Department). Between 2009 and 2012 he worked at PERN S.A. as – among others – the Board’s representative.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the National School of Public Administration and postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
