Rafał Rudzki

Since 2021, he has been the ESG Director at the Żabka Group and, together with the team, he is responsible for defining and implementing the responsibility strategy (ESG). For the last several years he worked for IBM, PwC and Deloitte - supporting enterprises in Poland and internationally in the transformation of business processes, with particular emphasis on the strategic management of non-financial factors - ESG. At Deloitte, from which he joined the Żabka team, he coordinated the development and provided consulting services in the ESG area in 19 countries of Central Europe. Rafał is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam and the University of Cambridge. He is involved in social activities and is a member of the board (Council) of the Association of Polish Economists.
