Manager, financier, long-time internal auditor. He specializes in security management, but also strategic and corporate management, financial management and financial controlling as well as investment management.
From 2018 to 2022 Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Health. Responsible for managing the overall budget of health care expenditures of over PLN 120 billion per year. He coordinated the implementation of investment projects in the healthcare sector financed from budgetary funds, EU programs, and healthcare policy programs with a total allocation of up to PLN 4 billion annually. Prepared and initiated the implementation of the Polish Oncology Reform, including the implementation of the National Oncology Strategy and the National Oncology Network.
In 2016-2018 he worked as Deputy Director at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Oncology Center - Institute in Warsaw, where he headed the Management and Finance division.
He has 10 years of experience in internal audit in the financial sector.
