For registration, enter the International Congress Centre from ul. Olimpijska, through gates A, B, C:

- 26 April 2023 r.: 8.30-15.00
At registration, you will get a personal ID, which has to be scanned every time you leave and enter the ICC building.
Because of the high degree of interest in the event and possible traffic disruptions, we encourage you to allow enough time to arrive before the start of the session.
CATERING IN VIP and PREMIUM ZONES
You can visit the Premium and VIP zones for lunch; coffee will be served throughout the day.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
All sessions will be held in Polish, with simultaneous PL/EN interpretation. Interpreting services into other languages will also be provided for selected sessions. Information about interpreting services for other languages will be regularly updated in the agenda.

CONGRESS INFORMATION

The information desk is located in the lower hall of the International Congress Centre and its opening hours are as follows:

RESTAURANT
You can use the EMCEK Bistro restaurant in the Lower Lobby of the International Congress Centre building at your own expense. Participants of the Congress are invited to help themselves to food and beverages at their own expense.
CAR PARKS
Culture Zone – next to the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra building
The car parks located in the Culture Zone are made available exclusively for the following visitors:
With VIP status, Speakers – SK1 section – entrance from ul. Olimpijska. The SK1 car park is monitored 24 hours a day, but is not guarded.
With the Premium status – SK2 and SK3 sections – entrance from ul. Haralda. The SK2 and SK3 car parks are monitored from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but are not guarded.
Parking for VIP and Premium guests is free of charge. Entry only possible on presentation of a unique entry pass (to be downloaded from the participant’s individual account). The number of places is limited. Parking is only possible in designated areas.
Outside the Culture Zone
