Author is an expert in energy diplomacy and energy sector, former minister of climate and environment and the president of the climate change conference COP24. Over the course of three parts and eleven chapters, Kurtyka convincingly and interestingly reflects on the possible directions of evolution of the energy sector and its impact on geopolitics and the face of the modern economy. Reaching back to his extensive experience, recalling memories, but above all fitting in the most important directions of the discourse on the future of the sector, Kurtyka writes about development prospects, the backstage of decision-making processes or the challenges of the energy transformation.
