Bartłomiej Potocki - lawyer, director of the Institute of Migrant Rights in Wrocław and proxy of the Fundacja Ukraina. Previously he worked in the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Wrocław and the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Lviv. The professional focus of Bartłomiej Potocki is on integration of migrants and refugees, social participation and various educational activities in the above mentioned fields.
The Institute of Migrant Rights, which operates under the leadership of Bartlomiej Potocki and the Fundacja Ukraina, provides information support to migrants living in Poland. IPM specialists assist in the areas of legalisation of residence, work, health care, social security and everyday life in Poland. Consultations are provided in four languages - Ukrainian, Polish, Russian and English.
