Bożena Leśniewska has over 20 years of experience in management for the technology sector. Currently, as the Vice-President of the Management Board in Orange Polska, she is responsible for Business Market and companies Integrated Solutions and BlueSoft. She is a member of the Responsible Leadership Council, Orange Foundation, international association Women in Leadership and association LiderShe. Bożena Leśniewska is also an engaged mentor, helping others in achieving their goals and co-author of Europe’s first studies designed for women – Women Leadership Academy (Akademia Przywództwa Kobiet) at Koźmiński University. She was recognized by the Institute of Innovative Economy as one of ten most influential women in Polish technology sector. In 2020 she has received the top prize in category Big Companies in “100 Most Powerful Businesswomen” contest organized by Puls Biznesu. She has been recognized in „Strong Women in IT 2021 – Global Edition” report as one of women bringing change and innovation to the IT industry. She has been also featured in prestigious Forbes’ “100 Women of the Year 2021” list.
