Eugeniusz Gatnar, Professor of Economics. He was an adviser to the President of the National Bank of Poland (2007-2010), a member of the Board of the National Bank of Poland (2010-2016) and a member of the Monetary Policy Council (2016-2022).
Currently he chairs the Department of Economic and Financial Analysis at the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Katowice. He authored 170 scientific papers, including 7 scientific monographs.
