He has been associated with the IT industry for over 14 years, when in 2009 he

founded SoftwareMill, a company that actively supports clients technologically in

the digital transformation of their businesses. In the organization, he is currently

responsible for business development and value creation in cooperation with new

and existing clients.

Jan Zborowski has been associated from the very beginning with SoDA (Software

Development Association Poland), the largest organization in Poland, associating

over 200 companies creating software.

He considers the establishment of SoftwareMill - an organization in which

cooperation is based on mutual trust and complete transparency - to be his

greatest achievement in his career so far. He is most satisfied with the opportunity

to co-create the company's strategy and build the organizational culture.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in the field of

management and marketing. He also studied at the universities of Valladolid and

Alicante, and completed post-graduate studies at the Kozminski University in the

field of Strategic Sales and Sales Team Management.
