Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with MA and the LSE, where she obtained a PhD in political economy of European integration as well as Executive MSc in Cities. Since number of years involved in projects related to green transition at local and regional level, climate mitigation and adaptation policies, regional policy design and implementation. Member of the Climate & Space Commission at the Ombudsman Office, Civic Congress Programme Council and CitiSense think tank.
