Doctor of Technical Sciences in Transportation and author of publications in this field. Currently involved in projects investigating the scale of transport exclusion and poverty and analyzing the future of just transition in Poland and the Central European region in the context of the European Union's climate policy. He is also developing scientific methods to support strategic and operational decisions in public transport, aiming to decarbonize the transport sector.
