Magda's journey in the IT sector has been nothing short of extraordinary. With over 30 years of professional experience in sales and general management, Magda's career began in ICL and soon flourished as she moved on to work with companies like Japanese Fujitsu and Austrian S&T. Her career growth was rapid, moving from individual contributor roles to sales management, and finally, reaching the highest echelons of corporate management as President of the Management Board.
In 2011, Magda joined one of the largest Polish IT companies, Sygnity S.A., as the Vice-President of the Management Board. Her career reached new heights from 2013 to 2021 when she became a member of the Microsoft Poland Leadership Team. In this role, she was responsible for the Public sector and then the entire Enterprise market, accompanying largest Polish enterprises in their digital transformation. Her expertise and leadership made a significant impact on the industry, and she became a well-known figure in the IT sector.
Magda's credentials extend beyond her professional success. She is a certified coach and business coach of the International Coaching Community (ICC) and an NLP practitioner. Magda is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds an MBA from WSB NLU.
Magda's passion for supporting women in their development is reflected in her personal and professional life. As a mother of four daughters, she has endless opportunities to do so. Her leadership in Women's Chapter in Microsoft Poland and co-creation of the first post-graduate studies for female leaders - Akademia Przywództwa Kobiet on ALK - has helped shape the future of many women leaders. Magda continues to inspire the next generation of female leaders as a lecturer at the academy.
Beyond her professional and personal commitments, Magda is passionate about Hawaiian culture, living in the spirit of Aloha, and is also a certified teacher of Hawaiian bodywork. Magda's dedication to her work and her spirit of giving back is what makes her a truly remarkable person
