Co-founder and president of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands (PCCNL.NL) and the Federation of Polish Chambers of Commerce Abroad (POLCHAMBERS). Board member of International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Nederland.

Graduated from the Warsaw Precision Mechanics and Automation Technical School. After emigrating to the Netherlands, he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International and European Law from the Faculty of Law at Tilburg University. He was associated with the University as a research staff member for several years.

2001-2003: lawyer in the mergers & acquisitions department at the Amsterdam law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.

2008-2013: partner-attorney at law at the Amsterdam law firm Van der Steenhoven Advocaten NV.

Since 2014: managing partner at the Amsterdam law firm Lewandowski Advocatenkantoor BV, closely affiliated with Subteno Legal (formerly: ZJPL International Lawyers) in cases involving the Netherlands, Poland, and Germany.

Since 2008 member of the Dutch Bar Association (NOVA), registered on the list of foreign lawyers at the District Bar Council (ORA) in Warsaw.

Expert in the fields of international law, taxation, and labor law, as well as the automation of administrative processes related to human resources, payroll, and corporate compliance for companies operating across borders.

Since 2004, he has been advising corporate clients on cross-border service provision, with a particular focus on the posting of workers and freelancers (including non-EU nationals).

Investor and initiator of innovative startups related to automation and digitalization that offer risk minimization for compliance with European and national regulations on Directive 97/71, labor law, social security, and taxation, while simultaneously reducing administrative burdens through the digitization of HR and payroll processes related to cross-border posting of workers and self-employed individuals.

Co-author of the online service ZZPHuis.nl, which offers a platform that eliminates language barriers, streamlines the recruitment process for self-employed specialists by clients, while also providing paperless contracting and project management tools.

Since childhood, he has practiced full-contact karate. Since 2019 holds the position of board member at the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Netherlands, based in Amsterdam.
