Oleksandr Kravchenko is a partner at McKinsey and the Managing Partner for Ukraine. Oleksandr joined McKinsey in 2008. He has been co-leading projects focusing on strategy and large-scale transformations. He is a co-leader of McKinsey Global Energy and Materials practice in Central Europe. Since 2022 he got involved in McKinsey initiatives on Recovery of Ukraine.
He holds an MBA degree from London Business School and the CFA Level 3 Certificate.
