A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the field of economics and philosophy, Ph.D. in economics. Assistant professor at the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. Co-founder of the Foundation Edward Lipiński for the promotion of pluralism in economic sciences and Rethinking Economics Gdańsk. His research interest includes issues in the field of fiscal and monetary policy and behavioral economics. In the years 2015-2023, an employee of the Bydgoszcz branch of the National Bank of Poland. A macroeconomic expert at the Institute of Finance since 2023.
