In 2014-2019, the president of Koleje Dolnośląskie, at that time the fastest-growing railway operator in Poland. Initiator and co-founder of the Union of Local Government Railway Carriers, organizer and participant of many conferences and symposiums, expert, advisor and consultant. Co-author of transport plans, expert in Swiss Fund programs.

In the years 2020-2022, the president of PKS SŁUPSK S.A. - the largest carrier in Central Pomerania. Currently, the president of PKM sp. z o.o. – operator of metropolitan transport operating as part of ZTM Górnośląsko Zagłębiowska Metropolis.
