President of the Metropolitan Transport Company, expert, manager and promoter of public transport - bus and rail. A mechanic, ecologist and transporter by education, he also graduated from marketing and public relations studies.
In 1999, he established the Institute for Railway Development and Promotion. In the years 2004-2014, the founder and president of NORD EXPRESS - a private regional carrier. In 2014-2019, the president of Koleje Dolnośląskie, at that time the fastest-growing railway operator in Poland. Initiator and co-founder of the Union of Local Government Railway Carriers, organizer and participant of many conferences and symposiums, expert, advisor and consultant. Co-author of transport plans, expert in Swiss Fund programs.
In the years 2020-2022, the president of PKS SŁUPSK S.A. - the largest carrier in Central Pomerania. Currently, the president of PKM sp. z o.o. – operator of metropolitan transport operating as part of ZTM Górnośląsko Zagłębiowska Metropolis.
