Hydraulic engineer with 17 years of professional experience, specializing in water structures design, mainly earth dams, drainage systems and tailings dams. He has experience in designing for engineering water structures: geological-engineering and geotechnical research programs as well as monitoring systems , developing operating instructions and operational and rescue plans. In his career, he gained extensive experience in organizing and coordinating design work, leading multi-discipline design teams of several to several dozen designers and designer assistants.

In the years 2006-2018 he was professionally associated with a hydrotechnical design office with several decades of presence and experience on the domestic and international markets - Hydroprojekt in Warsaw. While working at Hydroprojekt he went from Assistant Designer to General Designer.

Since 2019 an employee of the National Water Management Authority - State Water Holding Polish Waters, where he currently holds the position of Director of Investment Preparation and Implementation Department.

A graduate of the Faculty of Building Services, Hydro and Environmental Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology - specialization in Water Engineering, also completed his master's studies in the field of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Participant of numerous scientific and technical congresses, conferences and seminars in the field of building safety, building monitoring, dam construction. He is a co-author of scientific and technical articles.

Member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers,  the Polish Committee on Large Dams (POLCOLD) and the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD), the Association of Hydraulic and Melioration Engineers and Technicians and the Association of Graduates of Water Engineering and Water Management of the Warsaw University of Technology.
