Has been professionally involved with local government units for 20 years. He is a graduate of various degrees and types of studies at the University of Economics in Katowice, the University of Silesia in Katowice, the Upper Silesian School of Entrepreneurship in Chorzow, the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, and the University of Business in Dabrowa Gornicza. As a long-time employee and then Head of the Municipal Services Department of the City of Siemianowice Slaskie, he was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of a municipal waste management system and the development of blue-green infrastructure in the city. At the GZM Metropolis, he is responsible for the area related to blue-green infrastructure, energy efficiency, and waste management.
