She conducts research on the digital transformation of companies and public institutions, focusing on the transformations of work and organisational culture resulting from the introduction of solutions based on artificial intelligence. In this context, she also analyses changes in the global economy.
As a continuation of her academic interests in globalisation and regionalism, she examines the impact of digital innovation.
Author of numerous reports and expert opinions in the area of digitalisation. She is co-author of the books “Gospodarka cyfrowa. Jak nowe technologie zmieniają świat” (WUW 2020) and “The Economics of Digital Transformation. The Disruption of Markets, Production, Consumption, and Work” (Routlegde 2021).
