He currently works at the National Energy Conservation Agency SA in the Projects and Expertise Department. He supports the development of the market for Energy Performance Contracting projects and other activities, related to energy transition elements. He participates in projects supporting energy transformation such as FinEERGo-Dom, Odyssee-Mure, REDI4HEAT, CA EED3.
He served as Director of the Energy Efficiency Division at Siemens for more than fifteen years. He led dozens of complex efficiency improvement projects using EPC/ESCO, PPP formulas, also with hybrid financing arrangement.
Graduated from the Mechanical Department of Power and Aeronautics of the Warsaw University of Technology. He is a certified mentor, working with the Business Women Leaders Foundation.
