Efficiency improvement projects for local authorities with an Energy Performance Guarantee (EPC) under the ESCO model. A new start, new quality: current government guidelines, financing of project preparation, available subsidies and their sources, White Certificate system. A new role for the adviser. A good climate for energy efficiency – high energy prices, EU programmes, EU and national regulations. Thermomodernisation in practice: national potential and needs, scale of tasks, capacity of the building sector, role of local government.

The event is being held as part of the FinEERGo-Dom project. The project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 – Research and Innovation programme, under grant agreement No. 847059.
