Prof. WSH. dr hab. Michał Kaczmarczyk Graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia, rector of the Higher School of Humanitas. At the Sosnowiec university he works as a professor in two institutes: Institute of Management and Quality Sciences and Institute of Legal Sciences. His research interests focus on public management, quality management, marketing, constitutional law and the criminal process. He is the author of nearly 100 scientific publications on managerial, legal and political issues, including monographs appearing on the international publishing market. He has extensive managerial experience: since 2006 he has managed his own training company, is an advisor to the boards of commercial companies and NGOs, and is the manager of numerous scientific, artistic and communication projects. He serves as a quality auditor and evaluation expert in public management. He sits on the chapters of prestigious quality competitions, such as "Enterprise of the Future" and "University of Leaders", where he is responsible for evaluating the activities of companies and universities in the field of human capital management, among others. In 2012-2014, he served as an expert for the Minister of Science and Higher Education - a member of the team awarding Scholarships for outstanding academic performance for students and doctoral students. In his career, he has also been a journalist, publisher, spokesperson and head of the public relations department. Since 2010, he has been a member of the board of directors of the Humanitas Foundation, a think tank of the Humanitas University. In 2015, he received the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for Outstanding Young Scientists.
