Director of the Law and Group Management of PGE, legal counsel and corporate lawyer with many years of experience. He specializes in commercial law, especially energy law, and legal services for infrastructure projects. In the past, he worked in international and domestic law firms, as well as in the company PGE established to build a nuclear power plant. He was also a member and chairman of numerous supervisory boards of listed companies, including Stalexport Autostrady S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A., BZ WBK S.A. and most recently ING Bank Śląski S.A.
