An economist, he graduated from the University of Opole and the Wrocław University of Economics, as well as from prestigious international development programs. He is an expert in sales process management, customer experience, change management and ESG, as well as a business coach.
Associated with Heidelberg Materials Poland (formerly Górażdże Group) for more than 15 years. He started his professional career in sales structures, and between 2003 and 2008 performed the position of a sales consultant on behalf of the HeidelbergCement Group in Ukraine, responsible for building the sales team and sales processes. He held a similar role in 2011-2012 in Kazakhstan.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the board of directors of Górażdże Cement SA, holding the position of Sales Development, Low Carbon Products and ESG. He is actively involved in industry associations including the Association of Cement Producers and the Polish Green Building Council.
